The website
ageni.co describes EPD's services and gives a way to get in touch. Sending the contact form, or emailing EPD, does not by itself start a paid project. Work starts only when EPD and the client agree in writing. Email is enough.
Services
EPD offers the services described on the homepage:
- Data management for email, SMS, and web push, including infrastructure and revenue optimization for profiles a client supplies.
- Campaign traffic on a CPA basis, where the client pays when the agreed conversion happens.
- Email marketing consulting on deliverability, segmentation, and campaign structure.
- Affiliate marketing consulting, including offer review, fraud checks, and network selection.
Client duties
The client must have the right to share any data, creatives, and offers used in a project. The client must not ask EPD to run a campaign that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringing. EPD may refuse a project that does not fit.
Fees
Price, volume, and payment timing are set in the written agreement for that project. This website has no cart and does not charge a card by itself.
Results
EPD does not promise a specific number of clicks, conversions, or amount of revenue. Past campaign figures on the homepage are not a guarantee for a new project.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the contact form, try to disrupt the site, or send unlawful content through it.
Ownership
The site text, logo, and design belong to EPD. Data and creatives a client supplies stay the client's, except for the use needed to deliver the agreed service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, EPD is not liable for lost profits or other indirect loss. Liability for a project is limited to the fees the client paid EPD for that project.
Changes
EPD may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date above is the version in force. A written project agreement stays as signed.
